Descansar means in spanish to be calm as well as to relax. Peace and relaxation is what you will get here. In the guest-house "el descanso" we are available for all your requests. We can organize excursions for you, give you special tips, or you can just relax and enjoy the solitude.

But that's not all! Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities.
  Our stylish decorated rooms and bungalows are surrounded by a magnificent landscape. You will not be disappointed. Feel free to come on by and see for yourself.

Just stay a few days with us and enjoy it. Take a pleasant walk, a hike, a visit to the waterfall, go mountain-bike riding, or observe from the guest-house parrots and butterflies.
Of course we take reservations and pick you up at the bus station in Mindo if you like.
